What is a Doula?
Doula Services for the Deaf
I provide support for hard of hearing mothers to be and couples who are looking for continuous care through Pregnancy, Labour and Postpartum. I am not a trained Interpreter but I speak the 'Language of Birth' and I can help to translate at antenatal appointments, provide BSL support throughout your Labour and I help to Nourish you through your Postpartum period.
Sign Language is my second language and I have a very special place in my heart for the Deaf Community.
